Welcome To My World

 I've put this off for way too long....

As someone who has always been passionate about reading and writing, it became a matter of time before I did something to get my work out there. But, just as every other writer, I create and write all I want to create and write in my head, forgetting to actually carry it out physically.

My imagination, My words, they're my comfort in times when the world seem drab. when it seems like nothing else is working out. I zone my self out and land myself in another world where all that happens is with my own will.

The prompt to finally create this blog came in form of an individual who believed in my writing and has been trying to convince me to put it out there.

Well, I'm taking this leap and at this point, there's no turning back.

So I'm left with you readers, who'd be here to share in my thoughts and my imagination.

All I can say is, Welcome to My World.

Protecting Tam-Tam

“Do you want to go or not?” Wacko asked. He looked up at me from the chair he lounged lazily on, his dark shades not hiding the amusement on his face. The question was posed in a way that made it seem like I had a choice when I really didn’t. Judging by the annoying smirk that curved Wacko’s lips, I could tell he knew I had no choice. I felt like smacking that smirk off his face. “Yes,” I said, swallowing hard. I cringed as I thought of the implications of my decision. There was no going back at this point. “Good.” Wacko nodded. “Meet me here tomorrow evening, 7 p.m. sharp,” he made a sweeping gesture at the abandoned bus park he claimed as his domain. “The others would be here as well. Then we’ll move. Don’t forget to bring the-” he trailed off, rubbing the tips of his thumb and forefinger together- the universal sign for money.
